This McDonald's has a convenient location right off the highway, located within a gas station. I would give it 4 stars because I've visited multiple times, and it seems that the speed of service varies depending on the staff; it often takes longer to receive your order compared to other locations. However, the positive aspect is that they always get the order right, which is a definite plus. Overall, this place is still great and keeps up with orders!

Honestly, this is one of the best McDonald's experiences I've ever had. The food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. The manager, Brian, is truly a gem, and I hope they recognize his value. I wish for my daughters to find someone like him. Either way, they are doing a great job at this location, and I'm grateful for that.

Before you leave the restaurant on Hwy 145 in Richfield, make sure to check your fries. Mine were actually cold, but I was already on the freeway. I also ordered the quarter pounder deluxe, but the condiments (mayo and ketchup) were spread all the way to the edge, causing them to drip. Service was for takeout and it was lunchtime. The manager, whose name I believe is Alexander, is truly outstanding. He brings a wonderful energy to the restaurant—friendly and efficient. We've been coming here for many years, and this is the first time we've had such a fantastic experience. I hope McDonald's acknowledges his hard work because he definitely deserves a raise!

Dirty, lack of ice, told us to get ice at the connected truck stop which there is a sign saying store customers only. Guess we're not serving today ‍ 5 minutes at the drive through window and was never addressed. Left drove back past a few minutes later and the guy who was waiting behind me was still sitting at the ordering window.
