McDonald's - Reserva de mesa

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant on April 14, 2024, around 6:30 PM. There was no assistance at the register, and the employees seemed indifferent and unprofessional. Additionally, the manager was just as rude. I felt racially profiled and discriminated against during my visit. While I waited in the dining room, I could hear the employees laughing and joking, which added to the uncomfortable atmosphere. I even noticed some of them eating and drinking in the kitchen. When I approached the manager to express my concerns, I was met with dismissive responses instead of an apology and reassurance.

I always ask my coffee the same way. I can tell when it’s not made right. I usually ask for the creamer and sugar on the side because I cant trust they will make it right. Even then, I double check how much creamers and sugars they give me because they never give me the amount I ask for. This time I had to order through the app so my coffee comes prepared (wish the app had an option to put cream and sugar on the side). I don’t understand why they can never make it right. When I ask for cream and sugar on the side it taste amazing.

When you asked for iced vanilla coffee but get served dark water. This place is terrible, I have complained already and these people still can’t get it right. I kept the coffee so I can post it so everyone can know that if your looking forward to a delicious coffee your not going to get it at this McDonald’s. The manager and especially the staff don’t care about their costumers.And if you get the female with a nose ring just drive away cause she is the one who keeps messing up my coffee.

I ordered a bacon quarter pounder yesterday, but they forgot the bacon. It also took over 30 minutes for me to get my cookies. Honestly, I'm so frustrated that I wouldn't even give this place a star. If I could give them zero stars, I definitely would. The manager is rude and aggressive. I advise against visiting this place, as they might challenge you to a fight in the parking lot. I had to call the police, and I will also be reaching out to corporate.

Drive thru. Picked up a qrtr lb meal and a kid's meal fries were hot, burgers were fresh, service was great.Parking: Difficulty finding my way to the drive thru initially.Easy parking.

They said they would give us 2 McFlurrys and they didn’t and they ignored me???
