I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup. No big deal right? Except my Quarter Pounder with EXTRA onions had like 2 onions on it and it was so cold, the cheese wasn’t melted. Also ordered a SPICY chicken with EXTRA pickle. They wrapped it in a spicy chicken wrapper but didn’t put the spicy sauce on it nor did they put the extra pickles. The two large fries were perfectly fine. If any employees see this, this was at 8:45pm on January 15th 2025. Take action with your employees, please. Do better

I ordered on the app I went to store and sat in drive-thru for 20 minutes got to window and was told I missed breakfast. Talked to a manager and she acted like she didn't care the least little bit.
