Be cautious, as some franchise locations reuse frying oil to the point where you can smell the rancid oil in the food before even tasting it. I had to throw away my chicken nuggets after feeling nauseous from just a few bites. The Westborough location seems to be one of the worst offenders. Additionally, at this Westborough branch, you only get three sauces with a 10-piece nugget order, and extra sauces cost 25 cents or more. All of this explains why this location was nearly empty during a busy dinner rush. The Airport Blvd, SSF, and Millbrae locations are much better options.
Among all the McDonald's in the area, we specifically drive from Gellert to this location because of their exceptional service! We usually stop by on Saturday nights between 6 and 8 PM, and we were just there earlier tonight. Jony and his young colleague (I didn’t catch his name) were both incredibly polite and helpful, even though it was very busy. If any upper management happens to read this, please acknowledge the team at this location. They are the reason we keep coming back to McDonald's!
I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered five identical burgers, all without cheese or onions. Instead, I received four with all the toppings, including cheese and onions, and one without any meat. This was at the drive-through, and it took ten minutes to get my order. Now I’m inside waiting for them to correct it, and it’s been 15 minutes. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s, which are usually well managed.
This McDonald's is probably one of the best in the area. The service is consistently fast, the restaurant is always spotless, and it’s one of the more modern locations nearby. They usually offer self-service kiosks (currently unavailable due to COVID) and manage curbside and app orders very efficiently. This spot is always my go-to whenever I want McDonald's.

I would like to highlight the service of a very polite and friendly gentleman who works here at McDonald’s. He is always attentive, treats everyone with care, and makes the experience so much better. One of the staff members, Bernard Hardy, delivered outstanding hospitality. He asked about my day, brought extra napkins to my table without me needing to request them, and checked in on how I was enjoying my meal. He even waved goodbye as I was leaving! I've never had such a positive experience at a McDonald's before.
One of the better McDonald's in the area. Food is usually hot and fast, nothing overly cooked or burned (like other places). Nothing especially good but one of the better out of the 5 in the area. They also give you enough space for the nuggets!
