Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

worse than last time. the lobby was now open. no word from the personal. I was in the register until I saw the kiosk note that she used it. hallo please use the kiosk would have been nice. they were busy conversing each other (not quite professional talks to have before customers), although eating was fast and exactly done. I said thank you, no answer again, then have a good day, no answer. a little effort to be personal is appreciated. prepare into the future when robots are used instead of I guess.

I normally stop here a couple times a week mostly for breakfast. Most employees are nice but the one there this morning was completly rude because i asked for ketchup at the window. I've asked in the past at the speaker but was told to ask them at the window... but today I get a smarta comment for doing what they told me in the past. Smh I can just go to the other location down the road for now on.

They did a decent job but the poor woman at the drive thru computer was really struggling. As wonderful as all the electronic advancements may be, it sure isn't helping the employees do their job better. It's just making it more complicated.

the workers need a better education and the managers need to do the work properly and not let certain workers do what they want. they need the owners there all the time. I know how they are, I know someone who works there. Reserva una mesa ahora

Absolutely the worst customer service. Person working the drive thru window on morning of December 16th yelled at me because she missed my order and continued to complain when she brought us the order. She should be filed.

In the morning hasbrown is always cold then in afternoon they have some girl at woman at the window she look at you when you asking for.Its been times my order is wrong I just give it away. We want food that's hot!!!

Service is slow which I didn't mind, but the food was all cold. The bag was sitting in the window area 5 min while I waited for the person to even come get my money another 3 min getting my change.

manager overload them for items and ring them differently so their order is more expensive. claim they do not exist in their system, even if all McDonald’s I have gone to the tastes. Reserva una mesa ahora

remarkable that my order is wrong. Today they have got it right, their inner will not open because they sit and eat. but still strongly with them inflation increases.

I order and pay for a 6 peice nugget and they give me 4. It literally says 6 peice in the box…
