worse than last time. the lobby was now open. no word from the personal. I was in the register until I saw the kiosk note that she used it. hallo please use the kiosk would have been nice. they were busy conversing each other (not quite professional talks to have before customers), although eating was fast and exactly done. I said thank you, no answer again, then have a good day, no answer. a little effort to be personal is appreciated. prepare into the future when robots are used instead of I guess.

They did a decent job but the poor woman at the drive thru computer was really struggling. As wonderful as all the electronic advancements may be, it sure isn't helping the employees do their job better. It's just making it more complicated.

the workers need a better education and the managers need to do the work properly and not let certain workers do what they want. they need the owners there all the time. I know how they are, I know someone who works there.

manager overload them for items and ring them differently so their order is more expensive. claim they do not exist in their system, even if all McDonald’s I have gone to the tastes.

remarkable that my order is wrong. Today they have got it right, their inner will not open because they sit and eat. but still strongly with them inflation increases.
