I recommend that you invest in training your staff to improve their reading and counting skills. Over the years, I've lost track of how much money I believe this location has taken from me. I occasionally stop by during my lunch break, and more often than not, my order is incorrect. They frequently forget to include items like sandwiches, fries, sauces, and more. While I understand that mistakes can happen, they seem to happen almost every time I visit. It would be great if the staff could try to read the order carefully and make sure to count the items correctly. Please consider providing better training for your employees.
came through about 5:20pm Feb 15th. ordered a hot fudge sundae and asked for extra fudge on the bottom that i was charged for. i receive it- no extra fudge. so i tell them, they take it back to put extra and hand it back and its exactly the same. then the cap came off and it was all melted. THATS due to putting fudge in after the cap is on which is the wrong way anyways. get your people in order this location STUPID AS HELL.
I didn’t receive the correct order, and when I tried to call their number, it was constantly busy, as if the phone was off the hook. With only 30 minutes for my lunch break, this completely disrupted my plans, and I couldn't communicate with them to fix the issue. So, I’m left with no choice but to leave a review.
I went to the one on market Street in Lima Ohio I had to rack up points and I got half off on a mocha frappe any size. I mostly go to McDonald's for their Cafe drinks. Getting points is great.

I went through the drive-thru. It was a bit slower today, but still quick enough to be considered fast food.
Slowest McDonald’s around. Always a 20-30 minute wait for anything.
