The place yas some friendly staff, but a lot of the time, they appear overwhelmed, and I usually only see 2 or 3 workers in the drive and running. Rarely do i see managers, and it is usually the older one who just doesn't seem to care about her staff. When making ice coffee, they never do it right. It is overly watery, and clearly, they dont use the full extent of a pump and just do quick shots. They barely put in extra cream when asked. Then the lattes...i have ordered larges and gotten half cups. Clearly, managers want to penny pinch, I have drastically slowed going to them feom once a day to once every so often due to these issues.
I was thoroughly impressed with the service today. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, but it arrived without cheese. The staff promptly apologized and quickly prepared another one for me, this time with two slices of cheese as a gesture of goodwill for the mix-up. It was delicious, and I truly appreciate their flexibility in making things right, especially considering it wasn't the manager's fault. Having worked in fast food myself, I know the person who made the mistake must have been grateful for the way it was handled instead of being blamed. Thank you to these kind-hearted people!
Stay far away from this McDonald’s.You place a pick up breakfast order at 10:20am and they deny that they received it, just so they don’t have to make any sandwiches. So you get there, and you have no order. Then they tell you your money will be refunded in 5-15 days. Uh, no.Food is raw, such as bacon, so be careful.Take a good look at their drive- thru. The spider webs, bees nests, etc. completely disgusting. Management?…. Maybe clean the place up? And hire a staff that wants to work?
We received the wrong order initially, and when we finally got the correct one, it was still incorrect. When we addressed this issue, the staff treated us poorly and made us feel like we were at fault. Additionally, we returned the incorrect burger to them, and they sent it back claiming they had fixed it, but it was clear that they had not done so.

The employees do not pay attention to the orders and they give them to you as they please and if you request your order correctly they ignore you or treat you in the worst possible way early in the morning. They ruin anyone's morning. The people have terrible service. !
Rude Staff, Poor Time Management, Gave cold old food. My step father was asking what was going on and all he got was an attitude from an employee. I don't think anyone should be coming to this McDonald's anymore if they want good fresh fries and excellent service.
I regret coming here. We ordered hot chocolate, and it took three hours to arrive. There were loud customers making a scene, and we ordered six chicken nuggets but only received five. We had to wait four hours for a refund. This is insane!
Food is always good. Line and inside is good. However calling to ask a question and getting attitude about something so simple is horrible. She was so rude and disrespectful. She shouldn't be working there.
