Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

We used the machine to order and pay. The staff were just responsible for putting food in bags. Number 80 on our ticket and we got the slow dumb guy. All the other staff were powering through their tickets while he shuffled about looking half-witted and achieving not very much. Number 96 dealt with before he 'd managed to put 2 burgers and some ketchup in a bag. Burgers were so cold the cheese hadn 't even tried to melt so must have been cold when they were put in the buns. The guy 'cleaning ' the place managed to squirt me with disinfectant. There were about 30 staff all just standing around scratching looking like they 'd never seen the place before and didn 't know where they were. I cann...

Visited at lunchtime. Lots of people waiting to use the ordering screens, but no queuing system so there was confusion over when screens were free, and no personal space to make payment. We then had a very long wait for our food, and again there were crowds of people crammed into the waiting area. Eventually served by a supervisor who quizzed us on the vouchers we had used. As there was not enough seating at Mcdonalds, we walked across the bridge to sit in the southbound services. My visit to the restaurant was not pleasant. I had to wait 10 minutes for my order, apparently because I ordered the fillet of fish. My son and I had to continually flick away flies, as did the tables close to us, even though we were not sitting near the bins. The upstairs section was closed during school holidays, making it difficult to find a seat. When I tried to use the one toilet before leaving, I found it was a disabled toilet being used by the manager. There was no toilet paper in the restroom. When I complained about all of these issues, I was told that the toilet was designated for disabled individuals.

We are not a regular, however this time both burgers and the takeaway one were all virtually cold. I took mine to the counter to be told their microwave was broken and they would make a new one. Not what I asked for but ok. When I went back to our table, I find both fries were dry and cold. I asked for my McPlant, and then both fries and take away burger had to be replaced. This place is always busy. Probably one of the most popular food stops on the M3. And they space is really small. Yet the staff manage to get through orders really quickly and efficiently, and the place is always clean. Really impressive. We've stopped here for breakfast many times over the years, only once had a problem (drink came out wrong) and it was quickly and politely remedied.

Unfortunately our takeaway order was incomplete, a fact we noticed while pulling out onto the motorway. On phoning the restaurant we were told that they only price refunds in-store. Pretty cheeky for a service station location. no apology made.

A chicken burger was disgusting and my cheeseburger was cold, cheese cold not melted and a bun old. How you can sell this **** if McDonald has always good food. The staff standing and doing nothing. Such a shame I have never had so poor food.

I waited 10 minutes after receiving my food for a drink, only to realize it had been forgotten. As I watched the staff at the drink station, I saw a disheveled boy licking his fingers after preparing a strawberry lemonade. Reserva una mesa ahora

A pleasant offering at thus busy service station and a very nice surprise with a complimentary upgrade to a large coffee. Hot food and of usual high standard.highly efficient staff.

I ordered a 20-piece nugget meal with 4 sauces and they forgot to include the sauces. How can you mess up a single item order like that?
