I had a late-night craving for a quick bite to eat! I went through the drive-thru and had to wait about 15-20 minutes. The lobby was open, but I was too lazy to get out and order inside. However, the employee at the drive-thru was very friendly and welcoming. She even let me have a side of tartar sauce and a side of Big Mac sauce just because I asked! Although they were quite busy and the wait was a bit long, I was really pleased because my food was hot and fresh—not sitting under the heat lamp for too long! Overall, it was a good experience.
I had a very frustrating experience with the service! I ordered curbside delivery through the mobile app, which stated my order would be ready in about 5 minutes. However, after waiting around 18 minutes, my food still hadn't arrived. I had to go inside to check on my order. When I finally got it, not only was it wrong, but my fries were also stale. My order was just two burgers, one fry, and two drinks—not a large order by any means. I think if you can't handle the service you're offering, you should think about eliminating that option.
The late-night staff at this restaurant appears to be somewhat careless with DoorDash orders. They seldom check for requested sauces, and it's common for items to be missing. This isn’t an isolated incident—it happens every time I order. I truly hope there’s a legitimate explanation for this, as the consistently poor service is quite surprising.
As an Uber and Lyft driver, I always enjoy stopping here for my coffee. The manager and staff consistently deliver outstanding service. Even at 1 AM on March 22nd, when there was a long line, they managed everything with professionalism and attention to detail. I truly appreciate the hard work and excellent service at this location! The food wasn't the standout feature for me, but I appreciated how the owners have transformed the restaurant with a strong focus on sustainability. They've used a lot of reclaimed materials and improved the equipment throughout. The restaurant also makes use of solar-powered lighting and energy-efficient appliances.
