One area for improvement would be the way they roll their California rolls, as they tend to fall apart when you try to pick them up. However, they taste fantastic once you get them in your mouth! Parking can be a bit tricky in this area, especially on weekends, and there are often people waiting to get in. This is a great sign that the food at Ojiya is popular! I’m a huge fan, and so are my family and friends. The only downside is how they handle online orders—it can be a bit chaotic, but that’s a minor issue. Overall, I have no complaints. I absolutely love this place, and I highly recommend you try it out!
Atmosphere 4 Feels like a small joint in Japan. Wood Japanese style decor. Service 4 our waitress was quickly inclined to our request. The cooks were friendly enough to give my daughter only rice. Food products tried. Salmon Sushi W/ Miso sauce 4.5 Fully flavored Order two plates. Lachs Sushi Seared W/Pepper 5 full of taste. Red Dragon Roll 3 I am not big on reels as it is. So remember that the red dab of spicy sauce, I don't like it, took it off. I'm not a fan of the hot texture in rolls personally, so I didn't like the asparagus.
The food here is fantastic. The sushi is excellent, and the drinks are amazing. Customers have the option to order a large bottle of sake and save it for their next visit. The servers are incredibly friendly. We did have to wait outside for half an hour to get a table, but that just shows how popular this restaurant is. The only downside is that the tables are quite close together, but I understand the reasoning behind it.
I used to visit this restaurant frequently, but their food prices have increased significantly. If it weren't for that, I would rate them 5 stars. They serve the best tasting Japanese food in Chino Hills. However, the service can be a bit slow on busy days. Reserva una mesa ahora
