We were traveling on I-75 north and stopped at the McDonald’s on Canyon Road in Cartersville, GA. Very convenient to get on and off the highway.We ordered quarter pounder meals and the patties and buns weee burnt. Since we got our order as carryout so we could get back on the road, we could not return it. We ended up throwing them away.The bathrooms were filthy. Toilet paper was all over the floor.The drink station was filthy. It had trash, ketchup etc. laying around. The bright side was that the pop machine had ice!The employees were not helpful or friendly. We felt that we were bothering them.We should have known to go somewhere else when we were the only the patrons in the restaurant at 5...
Buyer beware. Avoid this McDonald's location at all costs. I requested a water cup, as the self-serve kiosk didn’t have that option. After receiving my food, I went to the fountain to fill the cup with water, and the manager accused me of taking Sprite. He was verbally abusive when I insisted it was just water. He claimed he could see bubbles in it, which indicated it was Sprite, but there were no bubbles at all. A stranger in the restaurant even volunteered to taste it and confirmed it was water. It was a terrible experience, and I will never return to this McDonald's again. The lack of professionalism was astonishing.
I went to this restaurant for lunch and it was quite bustling, but the staff were exceptional! They moved quickly, anticipated needs before they became issues, and were very polite to everyone, all while keeping a swift pace without making us feel hurried. One staff member even brought our food to the table because I had a toddler with me and didn’t want me to leave her to get it. Moreover, the food was delicious. Overall, I had an amazing experience at this location today!
I visited this location just once, on a Friday night. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the demeanor of the staff, which consisted of three people who appeared very sour, tired, and disengaged. It took at least 10 minutes to receive my chicken sandwich and fries. While the food was hot and tasty, the staff seemed worn out and indifferent, showing little concern for their own appearance or that of their customers.

I can’t speak for the daytime staff since I usually visit between 9 PM and 11 PM, but they are always very friendly. I frequently order through the app, and my food is always hot when I pick it up! I’ve never had any problems at this McDonald’s. Keep up the excellent work! This is the only McDonald’s I go to!
This McDonald's is better than most. It's clean, and the staff at the counter were nice and welcoming. As expected, the menu is the same as at any other location.
Food was cold and I didn't even like the service. Plus, the restroom wasn't up to
Way too slow in the morning. They make you pull forward and wait no matter what.
