Every time I go to this McDonald’s and it’s around 10:00 they always say there frappe machines are broke. I know better bc I had gotten one earlier in the same day. They just cleaning the machine to early and don’t want to deal with it and rude about also. They got my food all wrong one night and when I called about it they didn’t want to give the manager name so my food never got made right. Other than that they ok . They do make the best frappes in Chas. All the other McDonald’s don’t fill them up and give u little whip cream but this one u do get ur money worth when u can get one.
Sucks big time. Some of these workers think working here means no work or reparations for doin nothing. if you like cold fries they try to fold the bad and close the window real quick to hide it this is the place. even if they reheat them they are terrible. when you come up it says it is closed.some nice workers but the mgt. and older folks need to be kicked out of here. total no service douche bags.
January 18, 2024. 9:40p. This place closes at 11pm. The Manager will not serve me food because I am a Truck Driver, and my Truck does not fit through the drive-thru, the inside is already locked, and he won't let me walk up. ALL Drivers that deliver to this location...You know what to do! Boycotting. It's ok when they want their deliveries...but they won't feed us!!!
This location is definitely one of the best in the North Charleston area. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly too!

I only ordered a Big Mac without the sauce and it still took them 15 minutes to serve me my hamburger through the drive-thru.
I'm done with this place. The food just isn't cooked well anymore. Even Wendy's has better crispy fries now!
They delivered my order without ketchup ?Otherwise it is delicious but without ketchup ?
