On our last trip, we ordered a McChicken and ended up waiting in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, only to receive an old, cold sandwich with a half-empty container of fries. The staff at this McDonald's often seem visibly unhappy, which makes me think that the management isn't treating them well. I've visited some very busy McDonald's locations in Edmonton where the employees move quickly and efficiently because they’re treated well. However, here in Miramichi, I've almost had a tray of drinks dropped in my lap multiple times in just seven months of living here. It's important to treat employees better so that they can provide good service to customers. As new parents, we've been choosing to go to Burger King instead due to these issues, especially since McDonald's prices are now twice as high and Burger King consistently offers app coupons.
This restaurant is quite popular and conveniently located near the airport and the Trans-Canada Highway. The service is exceptionally friendly, and there's easy, free parking available. They also offer drive-thru service and are open around the clock. I've been here both as a customer and as a delivery driver, and I always find the staff to be welcoming and cooperative. There are many options for dining in, and during the warmer months, outdoor seating is available as well. Plus, there's a gas station nearby, which is an added convenience.
We received cold food, and despite paying for a double quarter pounder BLT, we were given a single. The staff seemed busy, but that didn’t prevent them from making significant mistakes. This isn’t the first time this location has disappointed us. It will be the last time we choose to dine here; we refuse to let them take advantage of us again. Additionally, they seem to have a tactic of clearing the order board to give the illusion that orders are being processed promptly, while we end up waiting endlessly for our food.

I must say, I ordered the Big Mac Kerwin Frost Box [710 1140 Cals] primarily for a nostalgic journey, and unboxing my McNugget Buddy was such a delightful experience! The packaging is quite charming, and the Big Mac combo was exactly what I was craving. Additionally, "Uptown Moe" is simply adorable! This McDonald's really accommodated all my special requests and order modifications. Everything was perfectly prepared and arrived hot and well-packaged.
I ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions, but it came loaded with so many onions that half of it was inedible. I tried calling to address the issue, but the number was out of service. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
I ordered a double quarter pounder combo, but it arrived in a double quarter pounder box with just a single burger inside. To top it off, they forgot to give me a straw for my drink.
The food is generally quite delicious, but in my recent experiences, I've repeatedly noticed that one item is always missing from my orders. I'm not sure why this keeps occurring.
