I never thought I would say this, but Papa John's in the United States is not very good and I am not sure why. However, after living in the greater Moncton area for two and a half years, I keep coming back here again and again. Whether it's for a family dinner or just the two of us, this is our favorite spot. I recently discovered the meatball pizza and now I'm hooked.

The pizza is good for a quick meal, but it's best enjoyed hot. I've had a few issues with a rude delivery driver, inaccuracies with my order, and problems with the website, but the pizza itself is consistently decent.

Pizza is good for fast food but you have to get it on special. Had a few problems with rude delivery drivers, being overcharged, and website glitches but the pizza is always okay.
Had the light Hawaiian pizza. Was skeptical but it was delicious. The staff were friendly upon pickup too. Nice for an out of town quick bite to take back to the hotel.
Fast and easy to order on-line or in-store. Staff is able to prepare pizzas without contaminating with cheese, very important when severe dairy allergies are present.

we were tired after a long day in the car, so called papa johns and ordered a pizza, it was delivered to the time promised and was excellent.
