Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

We walked in to order and were greeted by 2 employees sitting at a table chatting. They informed us they were short staffed and told us we had to use the drive thru. We run through the drive thru and had to repeat our order multiple times, finally have it right so we pull around. We pay and get our drinks, the cashier states she would be right back. 3-4 minutes later she comes and asks us what we were waiting for?! Our food still, she asked what we had! We repeat our order a few times to her again and she finally brings our food out. Luke warm and missing a few items. I counted as least 5-6 employees there but only saw 2 actually trying to help customers. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Bathroom was pretty messy. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Toilet paper everywhere. Have some pride in your store and hold your coworkers accountable. Water not running. Only drive thru was open. Store needs more caring management. Food was good. Forgot my straw. Wheelchair accessibility: Nice ramp. This location is terrible! First they refused to serve us when we entered, and told us that only the drive thru was available at 7pmThat is fine as it was not a busy time. After we ordered we waited for more than 40 minutes for our food and once we got it, we asked if this was the full order, they said yes, and once we started driving, only then realized that half of our order was missing. In short: we’ve wasted more than an hour and my pregnant wife is still hungry. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We were not greeted when we came in the door. The big mac meat I ordered was small and and not the normal size. The burger was made again with fresh but still small meat. The service was ok but the workers are loud and yell at each other. I ordered the quarter pounder woth no onions and the burger had onions on it. Their app didn't have that. They didn't have the mocha frappe so I paid for it and got there and they couldn't make one so I ended up getting something cheaper but I didn't get a refund for it being cheaper. Very long wait. We used the app and went in to get the food. The drive-through was getting their food instead of us. Including new people driving up and using the drive-through. It was dead inside the restaurant. Guess we should have just gone through the drive-through. Strange experience. I didn't eat anything because as I entered the restaurant I noticed a cockroach scurrying about right outside the kitchen area. I asked for the most senior member of management and made them aware moreover the floors were littered with dirt and bits of food the tables were sticky. An overall disgusting experience I don't recommend!!! Atmosphere: 1

Didn't really stop for food, my children needed a potty break on our long journey. The bathrooms were clean. T.P. ran out and the manager did not hesitate to get someone to correct the issue immediately. Greatly appreciated. If we hadn't just ate we would have eaten there. How much slower can a place be?? This is Arcadia, and yet they're slow as can be. No reason to have 5 vehicles backed up and one at the pay window. This is every morning. Not any more. Good thing there's better food and service across the interstate Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
