Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

Disgusting!! No running water in the bathroom or toilet paper. No napkins, mayo, wrong size drinks. The ENTIRE floor was wet and slippery, and there were so many wet floor signs we had to serpentine in between them. We ordered 4 different fries, and every single one was cold and half-filled! Every sandwich we got came out cold. We went to McDonald's because it was fast, and lost half an hour in this place! The manager is toxic and unhelpful, spent the entire time we were there yelling at his employees. We only didn't say anything because there were other customers not getting their orders and complaining, and we didn't want to escalate an already uncomfortable situation. We're traveling back...

We walked in to order and were greeted by 2 employees sitting at a table chatting. They informed us they were short staffed and told us we had to use the drive thru. We run through the drive thru and had to repeat our order multiple times, finally have it right so we pull around. We pay and get our drinks, the cashier states she would be right back. 3-4 minutes later she comes and asks us what we were waiting for?! Our food still, she asked what we had! We repeat our order a few times to her again and she finally brings our food out. Luke warm and missing a few items. I counted as least 5-6 employees there but only saw 2 actually trying to help customers. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

06/07/2023, 3:30 PM. Flies everywhere. Manager was screaming at the only other employee. Tons of people waiting. Bathrooms had no running water (I had to go to the car to rinse soap off my hands) and trash all over the floor. No napkins. Leaked water on the floor. Half filled and cold, burnt fries. Gave us medium drinks when we ordered larges. Kiosk didn’t print a receipt so we had to go to the counter and manually ask for one. My bacon quarter pounder was mediocre, too bad it didn’t have bacon. How do you screw up this badly? Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location is terrible! First they refused to serve us when we entered, and told us that only the drive thru was available at 7pmThat is fine as it was not a busy time. After we ordered we waited for more than 40 minutes for our food and once we got it, we asked if this was the full order, they said yes, and once we started driving, only then realized that half of our order was missing. In short: we’ve wasted more than an hour and my pregnant wife is still hungry. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very long wait. We used the app and went in to get the food. The drive-through was getting their food instead of us. Including new people driving up and using the drive-through. It was dead inside the restaurant. Guess we should have just gone through the drive-through. Strange experience. By far, the WORST McDonalds that I have ever gone to. The manager was horrible, I didn’t even get what I ordered (they mixed up the burgers) it was room temperature, not hot. Not at all fast food. Place was not crowded. Still waited about 20 minutes for my food still wasn't right but I couldn't wait another 20 minutes.
