This has such a friendly environment and has become a neighborhood gem among Arcadians and other locals. The owner first started in South San Gabriel in the 1970's and moved to Arcadia in the mid 1980's. Food is nicely prepared and never burned, with a nice family style size and taste, which is probably similar to what we all grew up with. I must mention that the wait staff are just so friendly with no attitude and very familiar with the menu items. I want to come back for the pizza, which smelled so good!

Treated my family of 6 to dinner Sat.nite takeout. My family thought the Pizza was great and we all thought the red sauce was the best. However...me not so happy. I ordered chicken with capers and a side of pasta with meat sauce.Chicken very dry,capers burned, no meat sauce,garlic bread dry and tasteless, and ceasar salad bitter. Read about this place in an article about the best pasta restaurants in the San Gabriel Valley. Also read the reviews on yelp and was anxious to try it. Definitely not disappointed! My husband and I had the chicken piccata and the cheese raviolis with their pink sauce. Both were excellent!! Will definitely be back!!
I still miss Carmine's, but this restaurant is a decent option for a family-owned Italian spot in Arcadia. It's a great alternative if you're in the area and don't want to drive all the way to Rosemead for Di Pilla's.
Great place for family gatherings, special occasions or just dinner with someone. Service is great. The cook, Larry even comes to your table for special requests. Food is always delicious.
