Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

On September 4 6:30pm we stopped at McDonald’s drive-through to order food for the family on the way home from Toronto. Me and my wife and three children ordered what we liked Paid it off and told us go wait will bring you the food when it’s ready and brought the food in one bag I asked is everything in here he said yes everything is it here drove home open up to find out half of our order is missing. I called a female answer the phone, I told her what happened she said is this what you called for I said yes she said there’s nothing I can do I said, what do you mean she again repeated herself is this what you called for I said yes and she just hung up the phone on me she was very very rude p...

I had breakfast there this morning, very pleasant ladies that serve me, I like their coffe ,had egg chicken mc Muffin, it very good, a little spicy, my wife couldn't eat that. One more thing ,all theirs seat are hard,no cushion ,not a big deal, but it would be nice if they would provide some seat with cushion, as a 75 years old it would be a better service and it would show that they do care how comfortable you are. That said it will not stop me from going again, Mc Donald you should take note ,that older people see those things and it make a difference. Ferdinand

First the girl taking my order got my entire order wrong. They corrected it at the 2nd window so I thought. I drive away and have a dry gillet fish . Go back to drive through get another one with sauce and cheese. They give me a dribble of sauce on the fillet, take the old bitten one back .Thing is I had to wait in spot 1 for over 10 minutes just to go back to drive through wait in another long line for a bite size fillet with dribble sauce . I do not recommend

Went to try the new ranch McCrispy and it was not ranch. The workers need to learn the difference between their lime sauce and ranch because I’ve had this happen on many occasions when ordering snack wraps. The workers didn’t even know what sandwich we were talking about and said “the only thing we have with ranch is our snack wraps”

I will now fully avoid this location. Staff looked confused, and patrons were completely dissatisfied with the long wait for the food!! Will go elsewhere if I'm in that neighborhood!
