Urgency is a significant problem at this place. I usually avoid this location, but since it's conveniently at the end of my neighborhood, I decided to give it another chance on my way to work. Fortunately, there was no line at the drive-thru since I arrived at 6 a.m. on a Saturday. However, I ended up waiting 10 minutes for anyone to come to the window so I could pay for a simple coffee and muffin. I typically don't write reviews because I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this isn’t the first time I've experienced this issue. I had my first Spicy Buffalo Chicken Poutine at McDonald's, and it blew my mind. The combination of flavors, textures, aromas, and umami was exceptional. I would give it a 10/10—definitely Gordon Ramsay approved!
