Natures Emporium is a top-tier grocery store with a wide variety of products. As someone who follows a whole foods plant-based diet with no oil, I was impressed by the shredded potatoes that were oil-free. Their freezer section is stocked with a plethora of frozen food options, and they offer a large selection of vegan butter and mayo. Additionally, they have a nice assortment of cruelty-free cosmetics. I suggest taking your time during your first visit to fully explore the store, as it is filled with hidden gems. Every time I visit, I discover new items I had never seen before. Natures Emporium is truly exceptional.
vegan suppening, sandwiches, dips, pizza, salad, desserts all made fresh and sold extradition or eat. soouo many vegan items everywhere. the staff is friendly and helpful. the owner works hard and they hear their customers, they have ordered items that I have specifically asked and even let them buy me in quickly when it was closing time a Saturday night! all their products are fresh and organic. just price comparison in the food and supplemental as they are somewhere, as some items are a bit higher price, but most of very is the same price in other health food shops and sometimes their sales are better!
Favourite store! For products and food. Great vegan options, hot bar, pizza, and prepackaged meals. Super healthy and delicious! Also great vegan desserts raw/cooked. Coffee bar has vegan muffins/cookies and drinks. Some say it’s a bit pricey, but I think it’s priced reasonably given portions and healthy/organic ingredients used. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

I love shopping here. I can only do it so often if I can always treat myself with something from her caffe. besides a food store, they also have hot and cold meals to eat or take off. their vegan samosas and vegan nanaimo bars are amazing. so are the cookies in caffe. I love this place. highly recommended
I was not pleased with this restaurant taking over an old grocery store location. The prices are quite steep, although the quality of the food is good. It may be a good choice for those with a bigger budget. They offer a variety of vegan and vegetarian options for grocery shopping.
