Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

Eggshell sandwiches are a specialty here. I really don't understand why at this McDonald's, you can't get a breakfast sandwich without finding eggshells! Now I can only enjoy McDonald's breakfast when I'm away from home to guarantee an eggshell-free experience, which is pretty disappointing. The last time, there was almost half an eggshell in my sandwich! This has happened to me at least three times at the Robertson Road location. I'm surprised I seem to be the only one mentioning it in reviews, considering it occurs so frequently...

Been coming here every week for some time with my daughter. My advice for the drive thru is to refuse to move up to the waiting lanes because they will forget about you while they serve the 8 cars behind you. This is the third time I have waited 15 minutes for them to make two burgers. When I asked the worker why it took 15 minutes, he walked away muttering something so I was unable to get an actual reason. We ordered two meals and they served a minimum of 8 orders while we waited. Good job team.?

Had to stop in a few times. Been busy so this was most convenient.Have to say that this location had been lacklustre in the past but recently it has been really good.Ive used the drive-thru most recently. It's fast, people are friendly, they always put the receipt in the bag. They take cash (and don't grumble when they need to handle money and make change).I wouldn't hesitate to visit again (although I am trying to limit my number of visits to restaurants).

Service is very slow. I personally observed how a girl was given her order piecemeal. First a drink, then food, then another drink and all this took 10 minutes. Then stood a guy and wanted to get an order from Uber, so he refused under the pretext that he was not on the car, although the order should have been ready. Parents beware! Very filthy playground! Garbage stuck in netting. Sticky fllors, washrooms a disaster abd garbages overfilled inside and outside. There's one Indian fellow cleaning up here and he's good but they need more staff like him. He should be manager!Kid-friendliness: Beware parents! Filthy, disgusting playground. Morning manager completely out of line. Did not give me all my food and when I went up to the counter to get it she said she cant do anything about it and if I wanted it all to order again. She said she was short staffed and busy and its not her problem the food wasnt all in the bag. So I left without my complete order and they took my money.

By far one of the worst run McDonald's in the west end. Terrible service if you even call some kids guessing what your telling him or her service. None of the staff take any pride in what they do food wrong and not put together well. Ownership and management is seriously lacking in any professional ability.

I really didn't want to leave a negative review, but we have visited this restaurant three times and each time they were out of cranberry muffins—none at all, even in the morning! It is among one of the good McDonald's branches I have ever been to. It is clean, the staff is caring. The food is good. The pace of the staff to prepare the food is good enough.It has some comfortable seats that I see only at this branch.

Extremely slow service. I would advise against coming here unless you're prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for your food. It's quite frustrating.
