I visited this restaurant a couple of weeks ago, and the manager, Faith, was excellent. She appeared to be managing everything on her own while some team members were quite unprofessional and disrespectful towards her, which is the reason for my 3-star rating. The food was decent, and the fries were nice and fresh. I hope they can improve the situation, as it seems that many McDonald's locations are struggling with unprofessional staff and sometimes even management.
Drug addicts always in there lobby. Needles found in the parking lot. Poor service. Long wait times. Everyone always calling off. I left behind personal property. The manger failed to retrieve it. I called every hour on the hour. Now I'm starting to believe a customer or crew member stole it. Everyone mostly goes to Hermitage McDonalds to eat. Where it’s clean, fast and good service. Downtown Sharon McDonalds seem to lost there way.
1st day- drive through one of the cooks was playing with the drive thru operators long hair braids, he was wearing gloves playing with someone’s hair and making food immediately after with gloves that have been contaminated. Food Safety non existent2nd time got two cheese burgers and two coffees, one cheese burger had no beef patty on it, just the bun cheese pickles and ketchup. I could not believe it lol.
I actually just go for a Large Hi-C with light ice and it's right in the money. As for food, McDonald's sucks, I hate how the biscuits are cooked to a brick for breakfast and the last time I got a quarter pounder it was raw. Got my phone out to take a picture and couldn't wait ate it allLet me tell you it was a six piece nugget with sweet and sour sauce.Extra crispy fries.And for dessert a caramel sundae with lots of caramel.
It took an incredibly long time to receive two milkshakes and a 10-piece McNugget order. The customer service here is consistently the worst I've experienced.
Customer services is amazing; sausage mcgriddles and the steak bagel are always delicious I love their vanilla shakes
