We arrived at the restaurant at 5pm and found it to be very dirty, with overflowing garbage. After our meal, our children played in the play area for 45 minutes and upon leaving, we noticed the restaurant was even dirtier. When I asked for two sundaes, the waitress was chatting with a coworker while holding empty cups. I waited patiently for her to fill the cups with ice cream, but eventually had to ask her to make the sundaes. The waitress and her colleague exchanged looks, rolled their eyes, and reluctantly made the desserts. It was a disappointing experience.
This McDonald's location is the worst I've ever been to. There are always mistakes in my order, long delays due to one lane being closed, and the food is often only warm. The coffee tastes different each time, the large fries are never filled to the top, and now they don't even offer bagels. My friends have had the same experience at this location. The prices are high for fast food, and with 91 million customers daily, this business is likely losing money. I prefer to go elsewhere for my meals.
Don’t order from this McDonalds past 10pm. They make the Uber driver drive all the way there and then tell them it’s closed. Happened over 5 times to me and my brother. Even though it says open on Uber and they are actively taking orders. Also, the drive thru is always closed and if it is open, it’s 1 lane, not 2 like it should be. Worst McDonalds I’ve ever felt with BY FAR.
I was disappointed to find out that they only served regular coffee, not iced coffee, at 10:55PM through the drive-thru. Despite this, I decided to place an UberEats order for the coffee I wanted, and it was delivered promptly. However, the whole experience was quite frustrating. I will not be returning to this restaurant again - La Prairie is a better option.
