Order placed from home via the app... Once there I introduce myself to start the preparation. 1h20 later I was served. I check my order and obviously a few things are missing... I go back to the reception and they tell me: no more Caesar sauce, I have a vinaigrette to replace... “Well no sir... A Caesar salad is with a Caesar sauce please... And while searching he ended up finding... In short... A team of very, very young employees, completely overwhelmed or even overwhelmed... Certainly there were a lot of people, but more than an hour of waiting...??? And there were many of us in this situation... It 's long... Very long.... Not a very good memory... The service and atmosphere is pleasant, however it is a shame that every time I come to this McDonald's, the changes I make to my menu are never respected. This is the only McDonald's where I encounter this problem automatically without exception. We can modify our menus according to our tastes or allergies, so it would be nicer to pay more attention to it, especially when the problem is repetitive!

1st time this evening at this Mc Do. I don't know if it's the fault of bad luck but it really gave the impression of not having planned the necessary staff for the crowds, both at the drive-through level and when ordering in the restaurant via the terminals. A little too much waiting... No error on my order but glass of water included in the menu not filled as it should have been.

Awful service, the lack of politeness was incredible. It really felt like if we were bothering them for ordering at the drive, not talking about the incredible long wait (even if there was absolutely no one else there) and to finish with this one they got our order all wrong.. Do not stop here . The staff are rude and clueless. The food comes to the table cold and they forget half the food . You then have to go to the counter looking for the rest of the order where they look at you as if you are robbing the place . Avoid at all costs .

Food as we know it but I really want to talk about music: what hell. I had the ears in blood all along. It really would have to be hard to see what you're broadcasting, it's ridiculous.

Absolute chaos. Ordered via the kiosk for table service, after 40 minutes it still hadn't arrived. Found a staff member who located our lunch eventually. It was lukewarm.
