This store should have trained staff with some worth of customer service skill to work at this particular location. I went there this evening, ordered my complete meal and repeated my order twice and they messed up my order. When I went back 10mins after the Manager(supposedly) at 9.45pm on Sunday night whoever he is(did not get his name) was very rude and told me that I needed to pay again for my missing wrap and fries since it was ordered over an hour. I showed him the entire bag including receipt since I sat in the parking lot with my kids having our ice cream before checking my order and go back for them to fix it. When I went to this restaurant for breakfast, it was very crowded. I thought I would have to wait a long time and that something would be wrong with my order, based on past experiences at other restaurants. However, everything went smoothly! The service was fast, the staff were polite, and my order was correct. I've been to other McDonald's locations that I would only give one star to, but this one has consistently provided me with good experiences.

Try to order through the drive-thru around 10:00 p.m. tonight. Whoever they have working there needs to learn english. They not only cannot understand what you're saying they talk over you. ESL classes are offered every day even online until that get them off the drive-thru they are an

Ordered 2 McMuffin sandwiches this morning with my husband and BEST McDonald's I've ever been to. The hashbrowns were crispy, the English muffins were toasted well, makes me sad that this McDonald's is so far from me.
