McDonald's - Reservar una mesa

I went through the drive thru and ordered two double burgers and a quarte pounder combo. I get home and they left a burger out. I am pissed since this seems to be an on going issue with this location. They made me wait in the parking area for my order. This is fair if making fresh fries I am fine with that. It was NOT that busy to forget to check the bag! I drove back ands went inside still not that busy! They apologized, and gave me the burger that they missed. Damn, I swear the service has gone downhill at this location. They miss putting items in the bag, the screw up coffee and tea all the time, and it never changes they simply shrug it off. BRING BACK THE STICKER THAT CONFIRMS MY ORDER...

This location has gone downhill so badly, that I doubt I'll return. They used to have decent standards (for a McDonald's), but it's actually pathetic now. The staff are beyond incompetent to the point that it's almost comical how badly they mess up your order each time. The food is thrown together with zero care. The fries are typically cold and stale.You're probably better off eating at a gas station.

Stop needlessly asking me to pull into one of the parking spaces to wait for my order when there is no one behind me in the drive-thru lineup. I don't care that there are metrics about how long a customer lingers at the drive-thru window. Asking people to move to the waiting spot when they're not holding anyone else up in the drive-thru lane just wastes their time and delays the order.

I go here pretty often as I live nearby, several orders have been wrong, once me and my partner had to go in 3 times because they screwed up the order, it's a little better if you use the app but if your going through the drive thru keep it painfully simple and double check your bags.

In general, it is okay. However, they frequently misplace orders. I ordered a quarter pound with cheese, but it came without cheese. The other day, I ordered spicy bacon chicken, but it came without bacon........there are more cases like that. I hope they will improve their service.

Horrible service what's the point of being 24 hours when you guys close from 330 am till 430 don't tell me you gone take my oder in 5 minutes then 5 minutes later you can't take orders for a whole hour resting the machine takes 15 to 20 minutes notb1 hour hire someone

I normally use the drive-thru, and I must say, the staff there always act so professional! Young or older, they are always welcoming and polite. When there is an issue, they handle it properly. BIG applause to the drive thru team! The food is great too!

Slow down, listen, read? I’m not sure where my order went wrong since we weren’t given a receipt. Ordered a double cheeseburger meal with NO BUN. Once we were home we realized the burger had a bun. No time to go back, and no receipt for a refund anyway.

Don’t bother coming here anymore because every time I did in the last few months they either are missing something from my order or they give me the wrong order. Me and many others have experienced this not once but many times in the last month.

genuinely disgusting, i have been getting chicken mcmuffins and every time i bite into this rubbery piece of black tendon. I pulled one out just know and gagged, so gross to chew your burger and bite into
