McDonald's - Reserva de mesa

Me and my boyfriend are pretty frequent customers here and this is not the first time we have had a problem with our order or had a problem waiting. In the past we felt bad for the people that worked there because it would get so busy. But lately, i have not been feeling bad because every-time we order, they seem to mess something of ours up even though we will be waiting there for at least 15-20 minutes for our food. For example tonight, my boyfriend and i got mcdonald's for dinner. He ordered a big mac with NO cheese, extra big max sauce, and onions. It seems like they PURPOSELY messed up his order because there was a huge mess of cheese all over his bun and patty, no onions and no big mac...

Ordered my food from the Kiosk, didn't get a receipt both sides of the Kiosk were outta paper, had to wait for a couple of kids to figure out my order. Didn't get napkins, straws or a drink carrier. When I did ask for a carrier the kid brought me 2 stuck together and they were damp and smelled like mold and had nasty stuff like mold on them. Seems like every time I go to Algonac there is always an issue. Definitely won't be going back to that one. I'll go to St. Clair. Oh and I still didn't get my receipt. So the McDonald's in Algonac my order was a 20 piece nugget and along with that I had a dead fly included in my nugget box. The staff got an attitude because I asked for a fresh order. In all honesty I should have gotten a refund and a fresh order if they were any kind of respectful business. Also just a heads up they use their dirty mop bucket water to wash there tables down also.

Waited inside for 15 minutes when the manager said I will be with you in a minute, which was another 5 minutes and still never came. Everyone in their car got waited on right away! Done in don't matter I guess... I went to taco bell next door and got waited on imediately. Never again. Service: 1 Reserva una mesa ahora

If your in area stop at this one. Small town but big on service and the food...well its McDonalds...was good. Clean lobby with good parking. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sometimes your order is just ignored and they just put what they want on it. Like I say no ketchup and I get extra ketchup... but New employees can be taxing. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Staff is great, and the burger I got was the freshest I have ever had at a McDonald's. Clean restaurant and great location by the boat dock in Algonac. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Close to closing time female in charge was nice/polite and went out of her way to provide excellent customer service which was obvious came naturally Reserva una mesa ahora
