This McDonald's is extremely disappointing, especially the night shift from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. If I could rate them zero, I would. They consistently struggle to understand my order, which is surprising since I speak clear English. The staff seem indifferent to customers and their jobs. When you finally receive your order, it’s usually wrong. If you point out the mistake, they respond with confusion and a lack of concern. The poor service appears to reflect management’s attitude, suggesting the owners and managers either don’t care or are just as bad at customer service as their employees. I placed an order through the app, and when I arrived at 11 o'clock, the cashier informed me that I couldn't order breakfast. However, he made an effort to reach out to the manager, who went out of her way to accommodate my request. I was truly impressed with the customer service, especially after breakfast hours. The cashier, DJ, was professional and attentive, and the female manager provided excellent care.
Worse employees at all time. I went quite a few times but all of them are very impolite, not paying attention to their work or I should say their manager dont train them well. Food are sloppy also such as Mc ribs which it suppose to be very tasty but bbq isall over the box, hard bread and burned meat. Oh well give it a try and u will feel it. Like again I will not go to thislocation anymore
The service at this McDonald's is the worst on the planet. Every time we go there, we have a bad experience. The management is terrible, the customer service is terrible, and the service itself is terrible. The workers are rude and often get orders wrong. I will not be returning and have advised all my family and friends to stay away from this place. It is just terrible.

Horrible management. This manager is horrible, they need to hire a new one with customer service skills. I was missing something from my order and I went in today October 16, 2022 at 9:15, I got off to ask for the sausage biscuit I didn?t get and themanager had an attitude. She looked me up and down and gave me the dirtiest looks.
What can I say. If you're not health conscious this is a great place to eat. Heavy in calories and unhealthiness. I won't lie, but I'll enjoy their Big Mac from time to time. A ovoid lunch hours as it can get busy. BTW I haven't been able to get a softserve ice cream all summer... Their ice cream machine was out of service.
Rudest people ever, except the young girl tonight with the stud in her nose was nice. But I got my Mc flurry and they didn't even spin or mix it ? WTH just grainy vanilla with a glob of oreos on top. Time to find a better Mc Donald's. Does that even exist? Hahahahahahaha
They only accept cash after 12 PM. Why can’t they take cards or Apple Pay? I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru, only to find out I couldn’t get anything because it was cash only. I completely wasted my gas and time.

All the tables were dirty as well as the floors. Service was slow. My iced coffee was all coffee and very strong. No flavor whatsoever. Food was good.
