This has to be without a doubt the worst McDonald's in the area. Are you running short on time do you want fast food? Well this is not the place to go get that. 1 Big Mac meal? PARKED, quarter pounder? PARKED, medium fry? PARKED. Hell I'm getting to the point that I believe the only thing they won't park you for and make you wait 15 minutes is maybe a coffee....even then I'm not confident in saying that. They want numbers to look good for corporate so they clear the screens print the receipts and park everyonnneeee. Waited 15 minutes from a big Mac meal and when I got it my food wasn't cold or anything but it also wasn't really hot....so what was I waiting so long for? This will be the first...
I had to wait 25 minutes to place my order and an additional 25 minutes for it to be ready. When I went inside to check on the status, I was told that they were working as fast as possible. When my order finally arrived at my car, only one of the three items I ordered was delivered. The staff had to go back inside and eventually brought out the other two items, but they were incorrect. They couldn't even get my double double coffee correct. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Staff at this location would not honour their online app offer. It clearly states that there are no limits to how many items you order they were all supposed to be $1. I was told that they can only give me one drink for a $1 the rest were regular price. It is not a good way to do business when you don't honour your own offers! I have started going to McDonald's less often as it is not always a good experience.
Came here to use my old loyalty sticker cards before they expire. Knew enough not to go inside because fast food places only seem to serve the drive thru these days. Waited to place my order. Waited to get my order. Was asked to pull over to wait some more- 15 minutes for a hot chocolate. Free but still not worth it.
