My review is for MEL from the Creations Team! She has fantastic customer service and always makes sure whoever she serves is well cared for and gets what they ordered! I have had the pleasure of her helping me two or three times now, but I have also observed her helping other customers. She brought my burger out and it was the wrong one and she was very sympathetic and made sure she addressed the appropriate members of the team through which the confusion occurred. It is fantastic to see someone who really cares about the place and who puts their all in for their workplace. 5 stars just for her! She is an excellent candidate for employee of the month and should be rewarded for her enthusiasm...
I see some good reviews for this place, well that is totally at odds with my recent experience. My wife and I took our granddaughter here for a coffee and a babycino. The food(a breakfast wrap) was inedible, and looked like it had been thrown into holder and mashed. The babycino was just milk, no froth at all, and our coffees were so bad we couldn't drink them. The service was appalling, and we had to clean our table before we could use it. I am not a great fan of Mcdonalds, but it is normally fun for the kids, and you usually get a consistent standard of product. I would have to say this is the worst I have been in.
We went through the drive-in, so couldn't return the food. One quarter pounder and 1 McChicken burger were both cold. Terrible construction too, with zero care for the salad placement and a blob of sauce at one edge. Unfortunately this has happened before and so will be our last stop at there. We have Maccas occasionally and only enjoy it if it is properly made fresh. This one tasted like rust. Yuk, I feel ill now.
Staying nearby we have frequented this McDonalds often. The staff are all pleasant and helpful. Mel is a marvel, cleaning off tables, fetching extras, she is very attentive and helpful and such a pleasant and cheerful team person. The Aussie BBQ burger is our favourite and I find their food well prepared and satisfying. Congratulations to this particular store on their level of service

Every single time we go there for drive through ice cream late at night the ice cream machine is never working. You could go 5 times in the week and it will only be on once, if at all. My family and I have now given up wasting fuel and time with this place and will drive the extra distance to hungry jacks. IF YOUR NOT GOING TO SELL ICE CREAM DON'T PUT IT ON THE MENU!!!
Usual McDonalds menu of course, but this specific outlet tends to employ servers who either don't care, or don't want to work. Even the coffee at the McCafe is less than ordinary, especially compared to other Maccas outlest
This has to be the worst McDonalds store I have ever been to, they never get your order right and they are so slow, I have given them 3 chances but it doesn't get any better.
Australia Fair store is an expected adequate store. Food selection was UTD, staff were trained, quality of food was consistent with other restaurants in the chain.

We called here for a tea break. very nice. Very clean . Staff dilligent. Tea hot . Quiet. Able to read the newspaper and rest up .
While waiting inline a employee came over and put my order through the do it yourself checkout. Saved me heaps of time
