McDonald's - Reserva de mesa

Standing for longer then 5 minutes which felt like hours no one greeted us so many staff in sight they all saw us and still no acknowledgement. All staff seemed rushed off their feet which I understand but why would you not have staff on counters serving. Tables were disgusting I ended up throwing what was on the cleanest looking table to the next because of the lack of service we received normally I wouldn't do this but there was no apologies for not serving on time nor was there an apology for getting our order wrong. Obviously the manager running the arvo shift is clearly over his job if he cant see these few simple things that would have made our visit more inviting..

I rarely rate a fast food chain highly especially there's no big change on the menu. However, the newly renovated restaurant showcase a more cafe style/diner feel rather than the bland fast food chain. The streamlined counter and self-served area expanded the floor capacity to accomodate more customers. The play area is massive. It will just have to find a way to convince the kids to get down from the top most level. The addition of power points between booth is a big plus for the rating. It encourage customer to stay longer, charge their phones or any portable devices (and spend more in the process). Its looking more of a bigger McCafe than your ordinary McDonald's.

I live close to the resteraunt , the new layout is very nice, but the serving off cold burgers is just the same as before, also how hard is it to stack the burger correctly, when u open the box its all over the place, nothing worse than having to realine the burger that is cold, then when ive taken it back to get a warm/ hot burger they look at you as you have 2 heads or something, i know its a fast food restaurant but that dosnt mean lets just slap the burger together in any old fashion, poor management, other maccas dont seem too have this problem, so why this restaurant, poor service, poor management.

I live locally to this restaurant and so we there for convenience more than anything. Unfortunately it is the worst McDonalds in the country! In the 8 or so years they have been there and we have visited them, I can count on one hand the number of orders that were correct and didn't have something missing or an item completely wrong. The staff and management basically could give a rats and begrudgingly fix your order if you complain enough. If you're passing through and want McDonalds, go to St Martin's village (about 10 mins away) for McDonalds as it should be! Reserva una mesa ahora

This restaurant is clearly a popular spot due to its convenient location near the highway. Customers can sometimes have high expectations for top-notch food and service, especially when facing long lines in the drive-thru. The staff, who are mostly young people, are doing their best and deserve to be treated with kindness. It's important to remember that they are just humans too. I've witnessed some employees in tears while serving customers, which is unacceptable. Keep up the good work, team.

Recent renovations of the dining, servery and play areas are a significant improvement for this well-sited Golden Arches (amazed they were permitted to still trade given the scale of work undertaken). New tables/chairs, semi-circular booths and a much bigger and more exciting playland room thankfully separated from the diners by glass. Revised 'self-order kiosks' and pickup point, a bit of work around the McCafe too, and outdoor seating. A much updated Maccas - thanks!

I don't understand the expectations people have for McDonald's, especially when most of the staff are young and underpaid. You can't expect Michelin 5-star quality here. The staff are friendly and respectful, and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my order, which is impressive. It's frustrating to see one-star reviews that only focus on one negative aspect and disregard the overall experience.些

Dropped by for breakfast on the way back from the airport. Love the new layout and renovations. Great seating arrangement and roomy design. Breakfast was hot and tasted fresh. Staff were well groomed and service was excellent. Reserva una mesa ahora

This is the best Maccas I have seen. All new design and renovations. Great layout and decor. Mucked up my order but was quickly and pleasantly fixed.

Where have you been all my life. Love the renovations, staff are friendly and informative, and the food is great. Wow, just wow.
