My partner and I visited this restaurant for a create-your-own burger and while waiting in line the restaurant manager Mr 'H' shouted at one of his employees Mr 'D' to 'work or go home!' The atmosphere of this place was terrible, the place was a big mess and staff behind the counter grabbed our docket we received from the ordering POS and crumpled it then she had no idea what we ordered and started entering extra items we didn't ask for. On the top of this, we didn't get the Monopoly stickers with our meals and we had to ask for them separately. Not impressed at all!
I agree with Davephotographer every time I have been there I have to check the ordersome thing is either missing or not the right order. The last time I asked for a Aussie burger with no beetroot, when I went to checkout I asked there is definitely no beetroot and the attendant said she would inform the staff and of course when I got home there was slice of beetroot (I know it sounds petty but my son is allergic to it so he had to go without).
We were impressed with the expresso coffee that we ordered. Being seniors we also received the treat of a free coffee. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. As this branch was recommended to us in the first place, we are keen to also recommend it to others who live in the area.
I don't eat a lot of MacaDees, however south Hurstville maccas can never get the orders right, actually 50% of the time (for me) there is something missing. The coffee is another story it's either way to strong or to weak or to hot or way to cold.

McDonald's South Hurstville is a clean and busy McDonald's. I've been to this McDonald's with my family and on my own I've never had a bad experience yet. Oh the drive through is good too. Review February 2016
I asked for extra spicy sauce on my burger and they gave me no sauce at all. Went back to return it and they only gave me one squirt of sauce when I asked for two.
I wanted to take the Drive through but noticed it was a was very long line, I recommend to try and avoid. I walked in store and it was a very quick service.
Just another Macdonald . Usually very busy, young staff (off course ) who try to do the best they can. I allways find it to be very clean and looked after.

It's a little bit tricky to get to from King Georges Road but this McDonald's is not bad for breakfast. Coffee was actually a bit better than usual.
