I visited McDonalds Mirrabooka, just before 12 on Saturday 13th July. To cut a long story short, we waited for 19mins for our order. Customer 's with children were waiting for food for around15mins. One customer was waiting on a Big Mac for several minutes, then asked where was his order? They had called the number but he didn 't hear the noise levels were high. Unfortunately, my family enjoys eating at McDonald's even though we always seem to be missing items in our orders. This results in us having to spend extra time in the long queues, asking for the missing items. After experiencing an exceptionally long wait time on our latest visit, we decided to trust them, but once again, we were shorted part of our meal. It seems like they always charge us for every item but never actually give us everything we paid for. The food was cold by the time we got home and clearly not fresh. This restaurant is extremely dirty and lacks proper hygiene standards. The staff are unorganized and busy to the point where I had to wait 40 minutes just for two drinks. Additionally, the table service was never provided. When I inquired about my order, I saw it sitting on a table where they usually hand out food to customers; it seemed as though they couldn't be bothered to deliver it to me. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The food took a while to come out even though it's a fast food restaurant. The toasties were lukewarm with unmelted cheese, the breakfast muffin was chewy and cold. The portion size and quality were terrible. When we ordered coffee, it came out without saucers. When we asked for saucers, we were told they were all in the dishwasher. How can they serve such substandard food and service to paying customers?
This is your typical suburban Maccas. It doesn't offer much more than the fast food they serve. I'm not a big lover of fast food burgers but my family is. Therefore we will visit this store for their meals. Don't get me wrong, this store is fine. Actually the service is great and meals served quickly. Despite it all, a Maccas meal to me can never be more than average.
What can I say about Mcdonalds regarding their food. Fast Nasty. Pretty much sums them all up regardless of store. We had meals from this store and the burgers were soft sloppy and dripped from excessive sauces making eating it a nightmare. I only bought it out of convenience but wished I hadnt after that sloppy meal. Average at best.
Things seem not to as good as they once were. Coffee wasnt as I requested and usually better. Their food isnt fresh and seems like it's been sitting in the tray way to long. Even the egg in my burger matched the muffin as they both tasted like cardboard. It's still convenient but just ok. Fast food isnt even fast anymore.

This Maccas moved sites in the last year or two and now has a new restaurant. So this goes without saying that the restaurant is fresh and new. This is regular Maccas food but service and food rate well. As it is close to our home we use it frequently either for a snack or evening desserts.
Why m over $12 for a **** when you can go elsewhere for a few dollars more get something that is disgusting. Coffee is revolting too. Breakfasts are yummy but the mcmuffins have shrunk over the years
