OK, we all know what to expect when we drop by for something at a McDonald's but today the experience was something out of the ordinary, well at least for me.Traveling south after a long weekend in snow country we spotted the sign on the left of the highway and decided to stop for a quick sandwich and a stretch.No question, this eatery is nicely turned out and equipped like most of the new or newer Mcdonald's locations but the difference that struck me was when we were sitting down. On July 3rd, as we were returning home, we decided to stop at this McDonald's. It was quite crowded, but the staff appeared to be organized and efficient, keeping things moving smoothly. We always look for a nice grassy spot to enjoy our road lunches, and fortunately, this McDonald's has a large parking lot with some green areas where our dog can do its business. Typically, my wife goes inside to place our order while I keep an eye on the kids and walk the dog. Inside, the line was moving steadily and quickly despite the restaurant being busy. They were well-prepared for the weekend rush, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other McDonald's locations we have visited in the past. Overal...

I order plain hamburgers (no cheese) regularly from McDonalds. I would say, majority of the time the order is wrong. I blame the staff in the kitchen. My receipt is usually correct and says right on it what I ordered. But it comes with cheese more times then not. I guess you would call this, poor quality control. The worst is when this happens with take out, as you have already left the restaurant.

Stopped here on our way to the cottage, hit the drive-thru with a large order full of requests to keep all 5 of us happy...The young man on the order speaker was very friendly, the food was exactly to order and was much faster then we get back home...Both my wife and I said as we pulled out "WOW, that was awesome"!! The small cheeseburger was cooked perfectly, but unfortunately it was not very enjoyable and barely drinkable. I found the prices to be a bit high for the portion size. However, the staff were very friendly and provided good service.

Always a good choice for a good cup of coffee . I like all the different kinds of foods you can get . Not just a burger and fries. The new way to pay great . Great staff . No complaints here.

My above stated title says it all here. Went in driver thru for a milkshake. Same customer service by getting you and out in a rush. Therefore nothing special here.

Always consistent food quality and that is the most important The iced coffees however are never the same.
