Went here for lunch around 230pm. Terrible organization - customers were cluttered at the cash register, you could not tell who had ordered or not. The staff were doing nothing to help either, they gave no direction, and even though most people were waiting for food and burgers were piling up in the window, none of them left their tills to help expedite. The 3 just stood there quietly. We did not even know where our food was going to come up - they had trays everywhere on the counter and no direction as to where to wait or where the food would come up. So disappointing.
I thought it has been a few months since my last visit here that things would get better. Guess not. This is the perfect midway stop for us on the way to the cottage. We may have to start going to the Tim Hortons accross the street.This time the service was not so great. There was a lot of water leading from the ladies washroom so the floor was quite wet which causes a hazard for those walking in that section of the restaurant. I doubt I will give this McDonalds another chance.
We stopped by this restaurant for a quick meal on our way home. We placed our order at the self-service machine, paid, and then waited for our food. However, we ended up waiting for a long time. After seeing other customers receive their orders, I approached a young man at the counter to inquire about our order. After waiting for another 5 minutes, we were informed that our order had been overlooked.
Service was quite fast and actually accurate but the fries were luke warm.The eating area was clean but cannot say the same for the washrooms. The mens room had puddles and litter on the floor and on the counter and looked "not clean." I know the mess is not their fault and I know they try to maintain certain standards but maybe someone should check the washrooms more frequently. Reserva una mesa ahora
It's McDonald's. Your typical fast food chain. Just off hwy11 so your not too far off the main path to find food. Tons of parking for vehicles and a few big rigs. Staff was a little off. Seemed like they were complaining to the cashier confront of a lot of customers. But nonetheless the food was as good as it should be. Refillable drinks is always a plus!
This McDonald's is perhaps the busiest I have ever visited. I tried it for breakfast and lunch, but the line-ups were incredibly long, resulting in a 30-minute wait. The drive-through was not even worth attempting. It is clear that more staff are needed to handle the high volume of customers.
