I am using my wife’s account here as I rarely leave reviews but I had to share this. Last evening, Sunday July 3rd 2022 I picked up my daughter at metro airport and decided to stop at the McDonald’s near the foot of the ambassador bridge for a bathroom break and a burger for the road . My daughter had a double cheeseburger and I only ordered a cheeseburger and soda. I was watching the guy prepping orders as it was a clear sight line to him. He pulled a burger from the plastic tray using tongs which was nice to see but then he dropped patty on counter. I just went on drive thru for food . Behaviour of management very rude as well as they said they do not accept change. And that’s Canadian money.what i have . And was right amount of money. Manger said to me to you have to roll the money . What if someone not have something to roll in night 12:46am . So they can’t buy food . I asked for management number so i can tell the situation. She denied and said to me i am manager . Okay fine you are manager doesn’t mean you can rude and denied people for food. How you think i will get roll middle of night. Please train your staff better. One of the main principles of McDonalds is consistency. I didn’t receive dipping sauce with my nuggets after asking for some, the fruitopia is very watered down, no straws were given, and the side of my cup has the juice spilt all over it. Employees didn’t care to wipe it off. That takes 10 seconds. Hire employees that actually want to be there instead of people serving MID food and drinks every time
The service was quite slow. It appeared that the staff was very busy, which is always a good sign. Although the restaurant was only around 25% full when we went inside, it seemed they were primarily focused on keeping up with the drive-thru orders. It took about 10 minutes to receive our food.

After crossing the border, we decided to stop at this restaurant. The restaurant was very clean and the bathrooms were spotless. The staff were friendly and provided great service. Only one person in our group ordered food, but they enjoyed it and said it was good.
If warm burgers and stale buns are you thing this place is for you. No reasons for stale food at a restaurant as busy as this one. Order was 90 percent right.
One of my favorite places in the North America and likely the entire world is Windsor, Ontario.

When we lived in Illinois, we took a weekend trip up through Detroit into Canada because (1) we could, and (2) Canadian McDonald's serve McChickens!!!!!!

speed was faster than many other fast food places. Fries were top shelf and done just right. The shakes were well done.
The Mc Donalds by ambassador bridge is relentless..i have allergies to onionsand ordered no Onions due to allergy.
