Got a Cactus Plant Flea Market happy meal from this store as a pickup. First off, the lady was rude in bringing the meal to the door. Secondly, there was no toy in it (which really was the main point of paying for the happy meal). I understand the demandand shortages, but not a word from her about the item being missing. I didn?t realize it until I had driven off. I went back tothe store and another staff told me they were out. He at least offered me a reg happy meal toy. But this is false advertisingand overcharge by the store; nobody is purchasing the happy meal by itself (which costs the same with or without a toy). Every single time I come my order is wrong or they are out of something. Today, I was told after I came in that I had to go back in my car and go through the drive-through. Of course they took the 10 people?s order in front of me though. I come herebecause it?s close but I have never ever seen a place run so poorly in my life. My favorite is when they don?t have what I wantand instead of giving me my money back they want to give me some thing of a lesser value to accommodate the fact that I alreadypaid for it.
Waited over 20 minutes for a crispy chicken meal and 2 drinks. Food sat on back counter for 5+minutes waiting for them to pour 2 sodas. Left after they forgot one of the sodas but at that point I was waiting anymore time. Multiple other guests at this pointstarted getting refunds due to time of wait being over 20mins. Used to be a good McDonald?s seems to get worse each month. I?llstick to the actual fast food places surrounding this McDonald?s.
Credit where it’s due: out of all the places we order from on DoorDash, this McDonald's makes the fewest mistakes and always gets our special orders right. It’s also the only place we feel confident ordering drinks from since they’re always properly sealed. Plus, the delivery is consistently fast.

The order was perfectly accurate and arrived fresh and hot. We got 8 packets of mild salsa with our sausage burritos, which was a nice surprise. The restaurant really didn’t skimp on the sauce packets! Even the hash browns were less greasy than usual. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
Their chicken has a rubbery old consistency. I called management for a refund and they said the franchise would reach out to me. They never did. Now I?m down 6 bucks from a spicy chicken sandwich that I didn?t eat. Terrible will never go back.
This restaurant offers extremely poor service. The food is consistently served cold, no matter what time you order. Orders are incorrect about 90% of the time.
Per usual this place is awful, don?t stop here unless you have to. Staff has a lot of attitude too, would give ZERO stars if possible!

Much better than Mount Vernon. The ride was really fast. Sausage and cheese sandwich with hash brown and coffee was quite decent.
