Additionally, if the store closes at 9 PM, it would be helpful for someone to inform customers that only the drive-thru is open, or to put up a sign, so people don’t have to walk in unnecessarily. This would save time for everyone and reduce the need for cleanup.
I understand how hard everyone works for their money, but it can be frustrating to see an employee on their phone while customers are hungry and just want their food. I hope things improve next time. Looking forward to a better experience! Have a great day!
I stopped by McDonald's yesterday during my lunch break, but the ice cream machine was closed for cleaning. It’s surprising they chose such a busy time for maintenance! I tried again today and ordered a McFlurry, but sadly, the Oreos weren’t mixed in at all. The service was quick and my order was correct, so I’m giving them three stars instead of zero. Still, not mixing the Oreos was quite disappointing.
McDonald's offers the typical experience you'd anticipate, but the drive-thru service can be quite exasperating. They frequently mix up orders. I think the younger staff could benefit from additional training; they need to focus more to prevent customers from having to leave their cars to address missing items. This undermines the entire idea of convenience, and I'm not sure they fully understand that.
Overall, this McDonald's is fairly decent. The food tastes good, though service can be a bit slow occasionally. My main issue is with the milkshakes—either their machine is broken or they often don’t want to make them. At least half the time, I’m told, "We don’t have milkshakes right now."

I waited for 15 minutes in line, only to discover that the restaurant was closed when I reached the speaker box to place my order. The website claims that the drive-thru is open 24 hours. I won't be returning to this McDonald's again.
It's McDonald's, so you usually know what to expect. That said, the employee at the counter went out of their way to make our baby smile, which really made her day special.
I asked for a cheeseburger without mustard, pickles, or onions, but I ended up with the exact opposite. To top it off, there was no ketchup on it either. Great job!
McDonald's has been my favorite spot for a cheeseburger and fries for the last 20 years, consistently delivering comforting and dependable flavors!
