They literally can't get an order right. We live two mins away so this is our only option for McDonald's unless we're out and about, but they can never, ever get an order right. Every time there's either missing fries, dips or Apple pies, and occasionally five chicken selects! Just been and got a free meal for receiving poor service and missing items.... The fries were missing from the free meal how is that even possible? The girl then peeled the time sticker off the apple pie, I queried this and she said it still has half an hour on it what possible reason for peeling it off if not already passed the time? Service was very hectic. Queued for quite a while for order to be taken drive through was very very slow then the guy tried to give me wrong order as he was busy talking to other team members and I was very disappointed with meal chips were cold I had asked for No pickles in quarter lb cheese burger but yes it was there I did try to go bk to complain but queue was so long I just put whole lot in a bin and drove off wouldn't recommend this MacDonald's whole experience. Was very shoddy
Son orders Delivery Option for either a Meal Late at Night or Breakfast option via McDonalds App. Consistently items are missing from orders and to receive any assistance is futile as when you go through the App to log query you are redirected to a 3rd Party Call Centre. And also as McDonalds Outlet local to where we live food not always hot when arrives so to eat cold food is not an option for son who has sensory issues around hidden disability.
Horrendous. Pulled in to drive through at 10:45 and got stuck in queue, finally got to service point where breakfast was still displayed on the sign. Ordered while the 11am news was still on my radio to be told breakfast had finished, nothing they could do to then be stuck in the queue for another 15 minutes to get out with no food! Definitely would not use again!

Shocking experience. £35 order, only one meal was right when my wife got home and she had to go back. To then argue with one if the staff members who managed to totally balls up the order before eventually bringing home cold chips. Unfortunately I am isolating and cant leave the house to sort out the ignorant little piece of s*@t. But its not forgotten.
Far too busy, cars queuing on the road to get onto the drive though, while the car park was practically empty. Inside you can't get to the counter due to the mass of just eat drivers blocking off the till area. The management team just need to control this a little better.
These must win the award month in month out for being the slowest McDonald’s on Teesside. No tomato sauce. On 2 occasions Within a week. You might as well close. Some staff are nice and friendly, some chewy as a wham bar. Sort it out
Absolute shambles, only focused on deliveroo while ignoring drive through and in store customers 15-20 minutes for 1 coffee. Trying to do to many things at once.

Half the tables were filthy and staff just stood about chatting. Had to get the cleaning spray myself and clean our table....Will drive through next time
Didn't bring all my order they could care les wen I phonetic going on app wat a waste of time
