We often have the image of McDonald's which is really low-end, or if you prefer smashed to the ground, but here it's a big surprise. Unlike the French McDonald's, the responsiveness of the staff, the cleanliness and the results were there. The menu I took was nothing exceptional at first glance but the taste of the burger was excellent, and the cappuccino, although I would have liked it without cocoa, I really liked it. The thing that makes me recommend McDonald's in Switzerland is that there is no zero plastic policy so there are still water bottles and I find that cool. My recent visit to McDonald's La Praille was disappointing. After an address error when placing my order through the Order and Pay app, staff were unable to resolve the situation, offering little assistance and no goodwill gesture to rectify the error. Additionally, the cashier refused to provide a full glass of water at no extra charge, despite my three-year loyalty as a regular customer. These experiences leave something to be desired and call into question the quality of customer service at this establishment.
