Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

Ordered through drive thru. They gave our food to the wrong person, who then put his hands in our bag and started eating the ice cream we ordered. He gave the bag back and told them it was wrong and then the lady tried to give us the same bag. We asked if it was the bag he put his hands in and she said “no, he didn’t put his hands in” right after we saw it AND the guy told us he had done it and suggested we get new food made because of it. Just trying to speed through the line, not caring at all about cleanliness.

Although I do not eat at fast food restaurants any longer I do pickup and deliver for customers. The food is fast food. Not my favorite although I did rate a 4. The service for the most part is seriously lacking and there is one older lady who is nothing more than rude. There are friendly servers but not many. The atmosphere is one of customers standing in line, long wait times and incorrect orders. Not a place I would go for my own personal use.

The manager on duty was very rude and yelling at me with her blood red shot eyes insisting I pay again on my app because her end says voided, however my app and bank showed otherwise. With proof on my end that it was paid she consistently shoved her dirty phone in my face and ultimately refused me my paid purchase. Maybe she. Should stay away from drugs and listen to the customer at least!

Ever since the new owners bought the restaurant, it's been awful. The remodel is worse than it was before, both drive thru lanes are rarely open, the food is worse, and they always seem to be out of exactly what I want to order. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Business hours say you close at 11 Monday through Friday Went twice through the drive through at 10:30 and they're close no one answered I've set there for 15 minutes and everyone Just ignore me

It's better than Taco Bell. They (Taco Bell) couldn't even open up on time for breakfast, so swung by here instead. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10
