It's been 3 years. Supposedly they had an overhaul. I want this place to burn down. They refused to come to the cash register because there was only two people in the line waiting to order. My guess is this store does not want the business, and their pistive reviews are scam reveiws done by the management. Ordered through drive thru. They gave our food to the wrong person, who then put his hands in our bag and started eating the ice cream we ordered. He gave the bag back and told them it was wrong and then the lady tried to give us the same bag. We asked if it was the bag he put his hands in and she said “no, he didn’t put his hands in” right after we saw it AND the guy told us he had done it and suggested we get new food made because of it. Although I do not eat at fast food restaurants any longer I do pickup and deliver for customers. The food is fast food. Not my favorite although I did rate a 4. The service for the most part is seriously lacking and there is one older lady who is nothing more than rude. There are friendly servers but not many. The atmosphere is one of customers standing in line, long wait times and incorrect orders. Not a place I would go for my own personal use. Extremely slow, staff and management lost, confused. No tea for customers out front. Food was thrown together and when opened sandwich was just a mess and wrong order. The manager on duty was very rude and yelling at me with her blood red shot eyes insisting I pay again on my app because her end says voided, however my app and bank showed otherwise. With proof on my end that it was paid she consistently shoved her dirty phone in my face and ultimately refused me my paid purchase. Maybe she.
