Ordering at the drive through to have a rude and miserable staff member. The same lady is always miserable. I also got a food for thought big mac meal and a chicken mayo, had to wait in the car park for it, to come with no big mac. The waiting time inside the store is becoming ridiculous, the staff would put the order sticker on the drinks table, waiting for them to make a drink, just to forget it, and I’m standing there waiting ages for just a drink. One staff member likes to take her time and do each order as slow as she can.
I was very disappointed. My order serial was 012, and when they served 20, I asked for my order, which they recognised but again delayed. They served me cold white coffee (looks), but my order was a toffee latte! Without any excuse or sorry!!
Ate inside as had grandchildren with us. Food took ages to arrive, all those that arrived after had their's first. Would of put 1 star but made it 3 as we got an apology and ice creams for the children. Won't be in a hurry to go back.
As usual a messed up order. Ordered via the McDonald's app for delivery and was missing the main meal. Ring the store to be told to raise it through the apps help desk and a burger would not be sent out.

Dire, wait was over 45mins as the staff were super busy with and priorising Just eat/Deliveroo orders. Had to ask for a refund in the end and went elsewhere. Fast food?????
Ordered through the app and food turned up nearly a hour later, cold and no sources. Tried to call but no answer and no where on the app I could find to contact them.
Had a delivery tonight and my fries were completely raw ! Just eat refuse to refund me ! They should be ashamed selling food that isn’t cooked properly
This McDonald's is the slowest I've ever experienced. I had to wait for 40 minutes for my click and serve order. Absolutely frustrating and useless.
