Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

I visited the 24-hour drive-thru at 1:45 AM and noticed that both lanes were open, but it seemed like they were short-staffed. After waiting in line for 20 minutes with several other cars, we decided to call the restaurant to find out what was going on. No cars had been served in 10-15 minutes. By the time we received our food, the fries were stale, and they had forgotten our sauces. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

They don't have tomatoes at this location. 2 days in a row I've ordered and paid for the same BLT(omato) without receiving any tomatoes. They still charged me for a BLT and didn't let me know they are out of tomato. The store or franchise manager here must know what condiments they have or not on hand, does it hurt to give the courtesy of letting your customers know you don't have what they ordered before they pay?

My order had two mistakes. Instead of a McDouble, I received a McChicken, and my Quarter Pounder with cheese came on a plain bun instead of the usual sesame seed bun. I discussed this with the staff, and they promptly apologized since this was a dine-in order.

I don't like how they won't do a mixed pop! Most McDonald's will accommodate a 3/4 sprite with a 1/4 of fruitopia. This place will charge you for a small pop on top! Chase they're to lazy to fill it up at the manual machine! Wasn't impressed at all! Reserva una mesa ahora

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever came to. Shift supervisor is rude long lines long weights at drive-through no one seems to care. Woman with braces is very rude and won’t ever get service
