Oh my goodness, this was the worst experience I've ever had! I ordered a double fish filet made to my specifications, but when it arrived, it wasn't right. That was okay, though; I just asked for extra pickles since there were only three on it. The manager then grabbed some pickles with her bare hands and walked over to me with pickle juice dripping all over the counter, ready to just drop them on my fish. I was horrified—not only was she not wearing gloves, but she also didn't put the pickles in a cup for me. I was shocked and refused the pickles handed to me in that manner. I waited over 15 minutes just to order and receive a coffee.whch is absolutely ridiculous!. Waited at the counter for service because I had a coupon. I was ignored by the cashier as she prepared orders . She didn't even acknowledge my presence which was rude. Finally, a fellow from the back came to serve me. There were others waiting behind me. I prefer the old system where cashiers took your order and brought your food right away. This new system is horrible and wait times are much longer. I used to work for McDonald's where customers and courtesy were a priority. Nowadays, workstaff there are rude. I’ve been here before in the morning and the staff was very lovely and amazing however when I went this past Saturday I asked for new fries with my meal and a double double. The double double tasted like it had no sugar in it and the fries tasted like they were a day old. I should of checked to make sure they had made new fries before I left but I was in a bit of a rush. Unfortunately just not what I’m used to from this McDonald’s

I usually don't write reviews, but my experience here was disappointing. It took 15 minutes to receive my breakfast sandwich combo, along with an extra sandwich (referred to as The Daniel), and when I finally got my coffee, it wasn't even hot. The kiosk didn't work well, the staff didn't clean the tables or under the tables. I even think they forgot the sugar in my iced coffee.
