I strive to be an objective reviewer, so here are my thoughts on our recent visit to the McDonald's drive-thru. Unfortunately, they were out of ice cream, but at least they informed us right away, which was considerate. The most frustrating part was the ordering process. My relative tends to be a bit confusing when placing an order, which didn't help the situation. It was around 9 PM on a chilly Saturday night, and the employee seemed quite annoyed, repeatedly saying "bro ___," which felt quite rude and impacted our mood. We left soon after receiving our food. On a positive note, my relative did mention that the fries were excellent, so that was a small highlight in an otherwise disappointin...
Today around 4:30-5:00pm the make at the drive thru window was EXTREMELY rude and so was the female manager on shift. I come to this location all the time in the AM and am always able to make two separate orders but it seems like once the night shift comes in some how rules change. They both were very unprofessional and just plain unpleasant. Will not be returning to this location.
I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese, a 10-piece nugget, and a Blue Raspberry Freeze through GrubHub. Unfortunately, I received a frozen Coke instead of the Blue Raspberry, and there was no sauce included for the nuggets. The receipt clearly stated Blue Raspberry, which makes me wonder if the staff can read. On a positive note, the burger was delicious.
This restaurant is fast and efficient. I use the mobile app two to three times a week for a convenient breakfast or lunch on my way to work. It seems that most complaints come from those who order the old-fashioned way. Embrace the 21st century, and your experience at McDonald’s will surely improve. The food is consistently hot, fresh, and accurate.

I stopped by to grab some French fries, and I had to wait 15 minutes for them to be served. I get that there’s a system in place for processing orders, but they really need to prioritize speed too. Honestly, that order could have been fulfilled in just a minute. I suggest visiting other McDonald's locations during peak hours instead.
This restaurant is rather unimpressive. The service is slow and could use significant improvement. I can't remember having such inadequate service before! I wouldn't suggest placing an order here, as there's a high likelihood that it will be incomplete. They appear to have difficulty getting things right.
I received a completely incorrect order, which included ingredients I'm highly allergic to. The fries were cold and soggy, and the milkshake had melted by the time the food arrived. Overall, it was a frustrating and expensive letdown. I would give it 0 out of 10 stars and definitely do not recommend it.
The restaurant was spotless, and the staff were very friendly. The service was quick, and the food was excellent. It didn’t feel like I was dining on fast food; rather, it had the charming atmosphere of a cozy neighborhood diner.
