I've been here several times now, and every time it's the same: extremely long waits – you stand or sit for what feels like 10-20 minutes until the food finally arrives. And when it finally arrives, there's almost always something wrong: the wrong drink, missing fries, or a completely different burger. For such a well-known place, you'd expect orders to be processed correctly and quickly. Unfortunately, that's never the case here. Very disorganized and chaotic – a real shame!
Unfortunately, I can't comment on the quality of the food, as we didn't get any. After waiting for just over 30 minutes, we left empty-handed, as many customers who had placed their orders long after us received their food. Yes, the place was packed, but there was no response to our inquiry about whether we had been forgotten. Conclusion: Go to Remscheid instead; they had our order ready in 6 minutes.
One employee makes so many mistakes and is so rude that the overall service rating suffers. He always forgets something or packs the wrong thing. Not just for me, but also for several others while I'm waiting. And if you politely point out that something's missing, he immediately becomes rude and bitchy. What a shame.
We last bought something from this store: Large fries and 6 chicken nuggets to go. Unfortunately, we noticed too late, as we were already back in the car: instead of 6, we were offered 5 chicken nuggets for the price of 6, and the fries were only the size of a medium fries. Reserva una mesa ahora
Unfortunately, this is one of the worst McDonald's in the valley. The food is almost always tasteless, the meat tastes like cardboard. There's usually far too little sauce on the burgers.
Always a pleasure, no matter where in the world. The advantage is that it's equally filling everywhere. Okay, this shop is a bit small, but that's just due to the location.
Menu was available to order via terminal but sold out, the shop was really dirty…tables were sticking, food on the floor see pictures, and that was not all
