I am thoroughly disappointed with this location, both in terms of service and food quality. This morning, my first bite of the Egg McMuffin contained a large piece of paper that resembled a straw wrapper. When I went inside to address the issue, the manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. While I did receive a refund for the Egg McMuffin, I did not get any compensation for the hash brown and juice. I realize I didn’t bring those items back, but after discovering someone else's trash in my food, I thought an eight-dollar refund would be reasonable. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
We was given coupons do to this stores horrible quality then today when we tried to use them from the owners they denied my old man first try told him the don't accept coupons finally the guy decided to get someone else after arguing about it... Then that guy told him sorry we can't give u the meal you want you have to get something cheaper when the coupon was for ANY FREE MEAL on us
Went through the drive-thru at lunch today. Little guy at the window couldn't speak English. Maybe they should hire some people that could speak English. Then I got to the window and they said my card was declined. Then I went next door then I went to another restaurant next door and my card worked fine.
The little blonde manager at this restaurant is an outstanding employee and truly deserves multiple raises! She quickly and professionally addressed all of my concerns. Her name might have been Kelly, but she was fantastic! 05/14/24

Placed a mobile order an hour before I arrived and still had to wait 15 minutes for it to be done, and they left diced onions on my burger after I specifically requested them off. I am allergic to onions, thanks McDonalds.
Refused to give us 6 bbq sauces for 30 nuggets after only give us 2 sweet sour we didn't order in the first place. Fries were old and cold! Terrible place!!!! Employees are worried about their stupid phones.
They didn't give me half of my order when I went back around they didn't want to fix it. Was very rude about me wearing a mask. Asked me to pull to the side and still did not give me my entire order.
Ordered a 40pc Nuggets 2 large fries but only got 30 nuggets tried to call but the store phone# is disconnected couldn’t file a complaint in the app because I didn’t get a receipt

This McDonald's is one of those places that turns off their drive-thru screens, allowing them to upgrade your meal to a larger size without even asking.
Missing nuggets on my order and when i tried to call the phone was offline never coming back thanks for taking my money.
