Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

This place FINALLY opened up its dine it service after YEARS of being closed post covid- its almost 2024! No tray for my food, everything in bags-skimpy amount of fries, a cold dining area, skimpy on ketchup, 1 napkin, they pour your drink for you, etc. Just cheap and unhospitable by design like they just want to be a drive thru hub only and dont want you there- a poorly run McDonald's franchise. Meanwhile, Im currently sitting down eating at the Rainier Mcdonalds and it's everything this dump isnt. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Wendys next door- its a 1000x better.

Yo, these workers are messing up people's orders here in 1st Ave Burien.. not only that we hand the order back as they ask for it back, it drops to the ground they still take it and re bag it into a clean bag... come on, you people can't speak nor follow directions in English!! You're all nasty and do not follow health hazard protocols... I will be reporting ya'll to the health department, and I hope they also see my comments... Never make a mistake handing off a wrong order to people that stuck they hands into the bag it's already all contaminated smfh ?

The last taking our order had a terrible attitude and after repeating our order 3 times it still was wrong and the fries came out hard as rocks. Had to throw out over half our meal so basically wasted $20 on food that was not edible. Big problem when someone says not to put something on a burger or sandwich, there could be a reason for that. Example allergies.

Each time we order a burger plain, it never is. Tonight, the associate repeated our order to us stating the burgers were plain. They were not. Don’t know why I came back after the last 3-4 times they did that. Reserva una mesa ahora

First time since Covid. Lobby is open for kiosk ordering and dining in. NO self serve ANYTHING, including napkins or straws! A good grasp of the Spanish language is HIGHLY recommended.

The food is okay. The burgers and nuggets are usually on point but it's a constant issue with the fries being cold or old. I also have issues getting my coffee made correctly!

We ordered expresso. I don't like that you always have to pull up and park. The wait usually isn't long, but it's just annoying.

If you are hungry and not enough time, this is the place to go. Fast food and it's good.
