I very rarely go to McDonald's anymore because 8 out of 10 times to get the order wrong I have to be very very specific and repeat it several times. They get it wrong at the menu kiosk with a repeat it back to me three times I finally get it right I get up to the window I tell him what I want to again and sometimes it's still wrong They don't pay attention and that's the biggest problem with McDonald's employees I don't know whether it's training or they're just hiring incompetent people. Just had an annoying experience with the Senior Manager Aby. A few days ago we took the kids as a treat for happy meals because they were excited for the Disney toys. When we got home they were disappointed to find out they were given old Sonic toys. I was told we could keep the toys unopened and bring them back and exchange them. We returned with the kiddos the next day and was told by Aby that she would not honor what we were told and that they don't exchange them? Kiddos disappointed again and another wasted trip... My Double Big Mac wasn't assembled correctly, as depicted in the photo. It had extra bread, with all the meat awkwardly piled in the middle and leaning to one side. While it tasted good, it was quite messy. I believe that more on-site training is needed to prevent this from happening to others, as it reflects poorly on the service. This issue definitely needs to be addressed for improvement.
We were in Alhambra to check on the house painter. The McDonald's busy. We ordered on the kiosk and sat down. They have a nice play area for kids here. Plenty of seating inside. Also tables outside. We picked up our order and we're on our way quickly. Food was good . Nice and clean . I would recommend this place when in the area.

They refused to accept my Arch Card and told me I needed to get a replacement because they couldn't enter it manually. This seems untrue, as there must be a way for them to verify it on their end.
If you want to communicate with the manager, there is basically no hope because his attitude is really bad!Let's search for other addresses. I don't recommend this place for dining.
Workers definitely don’t know how to listen to orders I ordered a large meal got the drink right but get home to find out they put a small fries in my bag.
The restaurant is overcrowded, and it's nearly impossible to place an order with a staff member. I felt completely overlooked.
