Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

This mcdonalds sucks. Not so friendly and manager was not considerate to the fact that majority of the customers there are special needs individuals and the policies about paying for a refill isn't right its bad enough they are already only subject to a certain amount to spendis a mjor treat for them, once a week and to get one free refill of drinks shouldnt be a major issue. Not to mention the prices for the meals and tax were over priced.

Had to satisfy my McRib fix. Also ordered a Filet o Fish. McRib had an extra large piece of shaped rib stuff, but was very sloppily put together. Really bad eye appeal and more than that a reflection of a lack of customer focus and pride. Bad indication of the quality of their items and management.Filet o Fish was ok.Will not return even for a McRib.

I feel like I've waited for more than 15 minutes for a single coffee, and there isn't even an apology for the delay. The coffee is lukewarm as well. I wonder if the people who come here realize this. It's really frustrating how they operate with the mentality that knowing one thing means knowing ten things.

Coffee was hot and very good. Well it's not terrible but it's honest service. The Ambiance is mega loud, well duh it's the mall.Mall with everything you want to fill out the tummy. It's ok to get mick dees coffee. It's basic and back to when mom surprised you with a happy meal.

Ordered the fish sandwich, the bun was stale and my iced tea had no ice in it. Went back and requested the ice. It was not a good experience.

Fast drive through service, but the burgers were bland and tasteless. The bathrooms are unclean.
