It's alright, went in for a quick lunch, there was a bunch of teenagers just hovering around the self serve kiosk, another customer in there told us to get behind him since the group of teens were just in the way. The lady at the register was nice, placed our order and waited less than 10 minutes. While waiting , a guy from the group who had his pants down to his knees started rolling up a marijuana blunt, a few minutes later he lit it up without a care in the world, he was showing off in front of his boys. I drove through the drive-thru window, knowing that they serve burgers at 10:30. When I arrived at 10:29, the girl at the window told me it wasn’t time yet. I pointed out that it actually was, and she said she would check. After about five seconds, she informed me that they weren’t ready. It seems like some of the staff are great, while others just seem unhappy to be there. From now on, I’ll be going to the Slater Kinney location instead.
I'm getting accustomed to using the McDonald's app for my orders, but today it couldn't detect my location. Fortunately, Alahnah came to my rescue. She helped me navigate the app and took my order directly at the counter. I really appreciated how she went out of her way to assist me in canceling the incorrect order over the phone as well as taking my order in person. It made my experience much smoother!
This isn’t your typical fast food spot. It’s easily the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. I find myself stopping here two or three times a week out of sheer necessity, and they never disappoint. Just a heads up: you’ll need to pull forward and park in spots #1, #2, or #3 and wait up to 10 minutes. But eventually, you’ll be handed a bag with two sausage muffins inside!

I had a terrible experience with the morning crew at this restaurant. They mixed up orders and didn't seem to keep track of who had been waiting for their food for over 20 minutes while others were being served. I will be contacting the regional manager about this issue. To top it off, my food was undercooked, and the hash browns were the soggiest I’ve ever had.
Why is this restaurant asking for extra money for a individual sauce? And they were extremely rude i work at a different location 30 min away and we don't treat customers this way it is beyond unprofessional and disgusting
I come every morning to get an Iced coffee,But the manager Maria has no ethic , obviously she doesn’t have no customers service. Not sure how you become a manager if you dont know how to treat a customer. Bad bad

The staff were using a lot of inappropriate language in their conversations. They noticed my children, but it seemed to not concern them at all.
Always slow. Always gets order wrong.McDonald’s on 17th n cermak is way better and cleaner.
